Kee Ming Group Berhad (“Kee Ming” or the “Company”), a mechanical and electrical (“M&E”) engineering solutions provider, is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kee Ming Electrical Sdn. Bhd. (“KME”), has accepted a Letter of Award (“LOA”) worth RM44.17 million to undertake the subcontract works for electrical engineering services relating to a hyperscale data centre project in Puncak Alam, Selangor.

The LOA was awarded to KME by a third-party contractor specialising in integrated M&E solutions, including electrical systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) cooling, energy optimisation and mission-critical data centre infrastructure.
Under the LOA, KME will undertake the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of general electric related works (“WBS1”), as well as electrical works for the main building (“WBS2”). WBS1 will commence upon acceptance of the LOA, while WBS2 will commence upon the issuance of a notice to proceed (NOP) by the contractor. The subcontract works are expected to be completed by 30 July 2027.
Ir. Liew Kar Hoe, Managing Director of Kee Ming Group Berhad, said “We are pleased to secure another hyperscale data centre project, which reflects the continued confidence in Kee Ming’s technical capabilities and project execution track record. As data centre developments require reliable and sophisticated electrical infrastructure, we believe our experience in delivering integrated electrical engineering solutions positions us well to participate in this growing sector.”
He added, “This latest project further strengthens our data centre project portfolio and reinforces our strategy of pursuing higher-value engineering opportunities. Moving forward, we remain focused on delivering our existing projects efficiently while actively pursuing new opportunities across data centres, high-voltage and interconnection facilities, as well as industrial and commercial developments.”
As at 30 June 2026, Kee Ming’s outstanding order book stood at RM206.40 million, providing earnings visibility for the Group.
Since its listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 12 February 2026, Kee Ming has announced six project wins with an aggregate value of approximately RM182.23 million.
These comprise a RM6.70 million hyperscale data centre electrical and commissioning project secured on 3 April 2026, RM21.36 million hyperscale data centre electrical engineering project secured on 9 June 2026, a RM70.00 million solar infrastructure project secured on 24 June 2026, two industrial M&E engineering projects comprised a RM21.0 million and RM19.0 million projects secured on 1 September 2026, and the latest RM44.17 million hyperscale data centre electrical engineering project announced today.
Notably, the three hyperscale data centre projects secured in April, June and November 2026 have a combined value of RM72.23 million, further strengthening Kee Ming’s participation in Malaysia’s growing digital infrastructure sector. Together with its expanding exposure to renewable energy interconnection facilities and industrial developments, these project wins reflect the Group’s continued efforts to expand its project portfolio and strengthen its earnings visibility.
The latest LOA is expected to contribute positively to Kee Ming’s earnings, earnings per share and net assets for the financial year ending 31 March 2027 and onwards, throughout the duration of the subcontract works until completion. Supported by its growing project portfolio, active tender participation and exposure to key growth sectors, Kee Ming remains focused on sustaining its growth momentum moving forward.
