ES Sunlogy Berhad (“ES Sunlogy” or the “Company”), a mechanical and electrical (“M&E”) engineering and renewable energy player, today received shareholders’ approval for a recurrent related party transactions mandate at its Extraordinary General Meeting.
The mandate allows ES Sunlogy to handle routine business dealings with related parties more efficiently, on normal commercial terms. The approval comes as the Company steps up its partnership with Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (“Kerjaya Prospek”), which emerged as a strategic shareholder with a 31.00% stake earlier this year.
Kerjaya Prospek invested approximately RM64.31 million to build its stake between July and August 2026. The two companies have worked together since 2018, with ES Sunlogy handling M&E works on Kerjaya Prospek projects, and are now looking to jointly pursue mixed-use, industrial and infrastructure projects.
ES Sunlogy has also been steadily adding to its order book. In September, its unit Savelite Engineering Sdn. Bhd. won a RM15.63 million electrical works contract for a 1,078-unit serviced apartment project in Johor Bahru. Earlier this year, it secured a RM107.5 million M&E subcontract from China State Construction Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. for a building project in Johor.
ES Sunlogy is also expending into high-voltage power transmission after upgrading its licence to 275kV last year. It has secured a Tenaga Nasional Berhad substation project in Lembah Beringin, Selangor, and is targeting more grid-related work over the next two to three years. On the renewable energy front, the Company operates two solar farms, Junjong LSSPV Plant and Selarong, LSSPV Plant with capacities of 20.76 MW and 29.99 MW respectively, and plans to bid in the upcoming Large Scale Solar 6 programme with a solar-plus-battery storage proposal.

Managing Director of ES Sunlogy, Mr. Khor Chuan Meng, commented, “We thank our shareholders for their confidence and support. The approval of this mandate will facilitate our ongoing business dealings with Kerjaya Prospek on normal commercial terms, supporting closer collaboration as we pursue new project opportunities together.”
“Our growth strategy centres on strengthening our core M&E engineering business while expanding our capabilities in high-voltage power transmission and renewable energy. Building on our established track record, we aim to capture opportunities across industrial, data centre and infrastructure projects, while growing recurring income from our solar assets. We remain focused on disciplined project selection and execution to deliver sustainable growth and long-term value to shareholders,” he added.
Moving forward, ES Sunlogy remains optimistic on its prospects, supported by its established track record, technical expertise, growing renewable energy presence and continued focus on operational excellence. The Group will continue to pursue quality project opportunities, strengthen execution capabilities and deliver sustainable value to its stakeholders across both the M&E engineering and renewable energy segments.
