Aneka Jaringan Records 25.88% YoY Revenue Growth in 4Q FY2026

Aneka Jaringan Holdings Berhad (“Aneka Jaringan” or the “Group”; Bursa: ANEKA, 0226), a basement and foundation construction specialist, today announced revenue of RM78.74 million for the fourth quarter ended 31 August 2026 (“4Q FY2026”), representing an increase of 25.88% from RM62.55 million in the corresponding quarter last year (“4Q FY2025”).

The higher revenue reflected continued project execution across the Group’s construction portfolio. Gross profit for the quarter stood at RM4.46 million, compared with RM6.69 million in 4Q FY2025, as higher key input costs, particularly concrete and diesel, continued to place pressure on project margins. During the quarter, the Group also recognised a net impairment on trade receivables and contract assets of RM1.65 million, comprising RM1.51 million attributable to its Malaysian bored piling subsidiary, Aneka Jaringan Sdn. Bhd. (“AJSB”), and RM0.14 million attributable to its Indonesian bored piling subsidiary, PT. Aneka Jaringan Indonesia (“PTAJI”).

The Group recorded a loss before tax (“LBT”) of RM0.94 million for 4Q FY2026, compared with a profit before tax (“PBT”) of RM1.65 million in 4Q FY2025. Following a net income tax credit of RM0.92 million during the quarter, the Group recorded a marginal loss after tax (“LAT”) of RM0.01 million, compared with a profit after tax (“PAT”) of RM1.45 million in the corresponding quarter last year.

On a quarter-on-quarter basis, the Group recorded an improvement in both revenue and gross profit. Revenue increased by 15.10% from RM68.41 million in 3Q FY2026 to RM78.74 million in 4Q FY2026, while gross profit improved by 34.39% to RM4.46 million from RM3.32 million. The improvement was mainly supported by a larger proportion of projects recording better margins during the quarter, as their tender prices reflected more recent material and consumable prices. Consequently, the Group’s LAT narrowed substantially from RM1.66 million in 3Q FY2026 to RM0.01 million in 4Q FY2026.

For the full financial year ended 31 August 2026 (“FY2026”), the Group recorded revenue ofRM305.79 million, an increase of18.35%from RM258.38 million in FY2025. Gross profit stood at RM18.30 million compared with RM22.78 million previously, while gross profit margin moderated to 5.98% from 8.82%, reflecting the impact of higher input costs throughout the year. Despite the challenging cost environment, the Group remained profitable for FY2026, recording PAT of RM0.36 million.

Mr. Pang Tse Fui, Managing Director of Aneka Jaringan Holdings Berhad

Managing Director of Aneka Jaringan, Mr. Pang Tse Fui, commented, “While cost pressures continued to affect our margins during the financial year, we are encouraged by the sequential improvement recorded in the fourth quarter. Revenue and gross profit improved from the preceding quarter, while our loss after tax narrowed significantly. A larger proportion of projects executed during the quarter were secured at more recent pricing levels, allowing their tender prices to better reflect prevailing material and consumable costs.”

He added, “Moving forward, we will remain disciplined in our project selection and execution, while continuing to strengthen cost management and site productivity. Our focus remains on replenishing our order book with projects that offer favourable commercial terms, while maintaining a sustainable pipeline of works to support the Group’s operations.”

As at 31 August 2026, Aneka Jaringan has secured RM247.91 million in new contracts, with an outstanding order book of RM203.28 million, providing the Group with a sustained pipeline of projects. The order book comprises projects secured at more recent pricing levels following increases in key input costs, particularly diesel and concrete, providing a stronger basis for managing margins against prevailing cost pressures. Nevertheless, the Group remains mindful of further price fluctuations throughout project execution.

The Group has also broadened its geographical exposure following the completion of its acquisition of a 51% equity interest in P3 International Sdn. Bhd. for RM1.02 million in July 2026. The acquisition supports Aneka Jaringan’s ongoing efforts to diversify its business base and reduce reliance on individual markets amid varying operating conditions across its regions.

Looking ahead, Aneka Jaringan will continue to monitor movements in material, fuel and transportation costs amid ongoing geopolitical uncertainties. The Group remains focused on maintaining operational efficiency, managing project expenditure and selectively pursuing new opportunities with appropriate commercial terms to support sustainable revenue and progressively improve its financial performance.
