TOKYO, JAPAN – SBC Medical Group Holdings Inc. (SBC:NASDAQ) reported steady financial growth for Q3 2024, with revenues for the first nine months rising 23% to $160 million. This growth stemmed from increased clinic franchise fees and expansion. Despite higher operating expenses from consulting, stock-based compensation, and office costs, nine-month EBITDA increased 22% to $68.4 million. However, quarterly EBITDA declined 36% to $14.8 million due to costs from its public listing.

Cash Flow and Liquidity

With cash reserves of $137.4 million, SBC Medical strengthened liquidity through robust operational cash flows. Operating cash flow rose 23%, driven by net income growth and effective receivables collection, while financing inflows from reverse recapitalization boosted cash flow. The company remains focused on strategic investments and self-sustained growth.

Corporate Overview
