AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust (“AmanahRaya REIT”) today announced the official appointment of Mohd Iskandar Dzulkarnain Ramli as the Managing Director of AmanahRaya Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn. Bhd. (“AKRM”), effective immediately. With this appointment, En. Mohd Iskandar Dzulkarnain assumes full leadership of AmanahRaya REIT, reinforcing the Trust’s commitment to strategic growth and operational excellence.
Mohd Iskandar brings extensive expertise in corporate strategy, risk management, financial planning and property investment management across multiple sectors. He specializes in corporate restructuring, financial modelling and business transformation. As an Acting Managing Director of AKRM, he has demonstrated strong leadership and a strategic mindset, guiding the Trust toward its long-term goals. With a keen focus on enhancing operational efficiency and portfolio value, he is committed to positioning AmanahRaya REIT for sustainable growth.
