Savills Malaysia Appointed Preferred Global Marketing Partner for Wolo Mont Kiara KL

Magma Group Berhad (“Magma” or the “Company”), a Malaysian conglomerate and investment holding entity rooted in hospitality, with a growing presence in property development and related sectors, today announced that its property development subsidiary, Magma Kiara Sdn Bhd, has formalised a Global Marketing Partnership with Savills Malaysia for Wolo Mont Kiara KL, marking a significant milestone in the project’s positioning as one of Malaysia’s most internationally benchmarked Boutique Branded Residences.

The agreement appoints Savills Malaysia as preferred global marketing partner for the project, drawing on the firm’s international network to engage both domestic and overseas markets.

Wolo Mont Kiara KL is developed by Magma Kiara Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Magma Property, the property development arm of Magma Group Berhad. The hotel component is affiliated with Design HotelsTM, part of Marriott Bonvoy. The residential offering is independently developed and marketed under the WOLO brand, delivering a hospitality-led living concept grounded in design, service, and long-term value.

Importantly, Wolo Mont Kiara KL has also received endorsement from Global Branded Residences (“GBR”), United Kingdom, an internationally recognised authority specialising in the evaluation and curation of branded residential developments worldwide. GBR’s assessment recognises Wolo Mont Kiara KL’s alignment with key global benchmarks for boutique branded residences, particularly in brand authenticity, lifestyle integration, service proposition, and long-term asset quality.

Speaking at the signing, Dato’ Sri Thomas Liang, Group Managing Director cum Group Chief Executive Officer of Magma Group Berhad said, “The collaboration with Savills Malaysia, together with independent validation from Global Branded Residences, reinforces our confidence in Wolo Mont Kiara KL as a project that meets international expectations, not only in branding, but in substance, execution, and long-term value.”
