Go Hub Capital Berhad (“Go Hub” or the “Company”), a key transportation information technology (“IT”) solutions provider, today announced its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2025 (“Q4 FY2025”).

On a year-on-year basis, the Group recorded revenue of RM12.22 million, an increase of 21.7% compared to RM10.04 million in the corresponding quarter last year. Gross profit rose to RM6.13 million from RM5.86 million previously, while Profit After Tax (“PAT”) increased to RM1.81 million from RM1.56 million. The improvement was mainly driven by higher recurring income following the commencement of operations at the Gombak bus terminal and the implementation of the Taxi Queue Management System (“TQMS”) at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (“KLIA”) Terminal 1.
For the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (“FY2025”), Go Hub recorded cumulative revenue of RM44.52 million, up 13.0% compared to RM39.40 million in FY2024. Gross profit improved to RM22.67 million from RM22.21 million previously, while PAT stood at RM5.26 million compared to RM5.60 million in FY2024. The marginal change in PAT was mainly due to higher employee benefit expenses, increased cloud infrastructure subscription costs and business expansion initiatives undertaken during the year.
On a comparison with the immediate preceding quarter, revenue increased from RM11.65 million to RM12.22 million, supported by higher recurring income from transportation IT solutions. PBT and PAT for the quarter stood at RM2.49 million and RM1.81 million respectively, with the improvement in PAT mainly attributable to lower income tax expenses despite higher operating costs.
The Group’s transportation IT solutions segment remained the key revenue contributor, accounting for approximately 99.53% of total revenue, driven by demand for Terminal Operating Systems (“TOS”), Automated Fare Collection (“AFC”) systems and Bus Operating Systems (“BOS”) across rail, bus terminal, highway and airport mobility projects.
Mr. Tan Cherng Thong, Executive Director and CEO of Go Hub, said, “FY2025 marks another year of steady progress for Go Hub, with stronger recurring income contributions reflecting the resilience of our transportation IT solutions business. The successful implementation of projects such as the Gombak Bus Terminal operations and KLIA Taxi Queue Management System demonstrates our ability to deliver mission-critical systems for key transportation infrastructure.”
“Looking ahead, we remain focused on expanding our order book, strengthening recurring income streams and pursuing new opportunities in rail, bus terminals, smart highways and airport mobility systems. Supported by our established track record and strong technical expertise, we are confident in Go Hub’s long-term growth prospects as Malaysia and the region continue to digitalise their public transportation networks.”
Looking ahead, Go Hub remains focused on expanding its transportation IT footprint across rail, bus terminals, toll highways and airport mobility systems. With an established track record in delivering Terminal Operating Systems (“TOS”), Automated Fare Collection (“AFC”) systems and Bus Operating Systems (“BOS”), the Group is well positioned to capitalise on increasing digitalisation in Malaysia’s public transportation sector and emerging smart mobility opportunities regionally.
