Aneka Jaringan Secures LOAs Worth RM95.65 Million for NPE Extension and Seputeh Residential Development

Aneka Jaringan Holdings Berhad (“Aneka Jaringan” or the “Group”; Bursa: ANEKA, 0226), a basement and foundation construction specialist, is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aneka Jaringan Sdn. Bhd. (“AJSB”), has received and accepted two Letters of Award (“LOAs”) with a combined value of RM95.65 million, spanning a major infrastructure package in Kuala Lumpur and a high-rise residential development in Seputeh.

The first LOA, valued at RM82.80 million (excluding SST), was awarded by IJM Construction Sdn. Bhd. for the Privatisation of the New Pantai Highway Extension Project (NPE Extension). Under this contract, AJSB will undertake bored piling and reverse circulation drilling (RCD) works for Package 1 (Section 1 & 2A). The works are expected to be delivered in accordance with the respective sectional completion requirements, based on site possession timelines to be advised by the project parties.

The second LOA, valued at RM12.85 million, was awarded by MRCB Builders Sdn. Bhd. for earthwork, piling and pilecap works under the Proposed 50-storey apartment development (483 units), including 11 levels of car parks and facilities, together with the upgrading of the riverside landscape reserve (“Promenade”), located at Lot 20031 (formerly PT 68), Seksyen 98, Bandar Kuala Lumpur. This award further strengthens the Group’s presence in urban high-rise substructure packages, supported by its proven execution capabilities and established track record.

Pang Tse Fui, Managing Director of Aneka Jaringan

Pang Tse Fui, Managing Director of Aneka Jaringan said, “These LOAs reflect continued confidence in our ability to deliver complex piling and foundation works across both infrastructure and high-density urban developments. The NPE Extension package marks a meaningful addition to our infrastructure portfolio, while the Seputeh award further reinforces our positioning in high-rise substructure works within Kuala Lumpur. Moving forward, we remain focused on disciplined execution, strong safety standards, and timely delivery as we continue to build sustainable value for our stakeholders.”

The Group expects both contracts to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets as the works progress, strengthening revenue visibility over the coming financial periods. Aneka Jaringan will continue to pursue strategic opportunities across high-growth segments while maintaining operational discipline and prudent cost management.
