MN Holdings obtained SC approval for transfer to the Main Market of Bursa Securities

MN Holdings Berhad (“MN Holdings” or “Company”), a leading infrastructure utilities construction and engineering solutions specialist in Malaysia, today announced it has obtained approval from the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) for its proposed transfer from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”). The approval was granted by the SC via its letter dated 16 July 2026. The proposed transfer is subject to the fulfilment of the remaining regulatory requirements and approvals, including those of Bursa Securities.

The proposed transfer to the Main Market, upon successful, is expected to further enhance MN Holdings’ corporate profile, strengthen investor confidence, and improve the Company visibility among a broader base of institutional and retail investors. It also positions the Company on a stronger platform as it continues to participate in Malaysia’s infrastructure, power, energy and utilities development.

Dato’ Clement Toh, Managing Director of MN Holdings

Dato’ Clement Toh, Managing Director of MN Holdings said, “The proposed transfer to the Main Market, upon successful, will be an important milestone for MN Holdings and will reflect the progress we have made since our listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities. Over the years, we have strengthened our financial performance, expanded our project portfolio, and enhanced our capabilities in delivering critical power and utilities infrastructure projects.”

He added, “The Main Market platform will further strengthen our visibility and credibility among clients, business partners and investors. More importantly, it places MN Holdings in a stronger position to capture opportunities arising from Malaysia’s continued investment in power infrastructure, data centres, renewable energy, water, gas and utilities-related developments.”

Throughout 2026, MN Holdings’ group of companies (“Group”) has continued to strengthen its presence in the infrastructure utilities construction industry by securing a series of contract awards for high-voltage consumer landing stations, substation equipment and related power infrastructure works across Central and Southern Peninsular Malaysia. These contract wins reflect the Group’s growing role in supporting the power requirements of large-scale data centre developments, where reliable grid connectivity, robust high-voltage infrastructure and timely project execution are critical.

Beyond data centre-related projects, MN Holdings also continues to build momentum across other infrastructure segments. In June 2026, the Group secured an RM19.1 million extension of works from Tenaga Nasional Berhad for the 132kV PMU Masjid Tanah project, followed by a RM46.6 million solar farm project in July 2026. These awards demonstrate MN Holdings’ continued ability to secure projects across data centre, power, renewable energy and utilities infrastructure segments, reinforcing the Group’s broader role in supporting Malaysia’s critical infrastructure development.
