Go Hub 1H FY2026 PBT More Than Doubles to RM4.76 Million as Revenue Grows 43.46% YoY

KUALA LUMPUR, 27 AUGUST 2026 – Go Hub Capital Berhad (“Go Hub” or the “Company”), a key transportation information technology (“IT”) solutions provider, today announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended 30 June 2026 (“Q2 FY2026”), with profit before tax (“PBT”) for the first six months of FY2026 (“1H FY2026”) more than doubling year-on-year to RM4.76 million on the back of sustained revenue growth across its transportation IT solutions business.

For 1H FY2026, the Group recorded revenue of RM29.63 million, representing an increase of 43.46% from RM20.65 million in the corresponding period last year. Gross profit (“GP”) rose 47.25% to RM15.04 million from RM10.22 million, while PBT increased by 105.30% to RM4.76 million from RM2.32 million. Profit after tax (“PAT”) more than doubled to RM3.58 million from RM1.64 million, representing growth of 118.89% year-on-year.

The stronger half-year performance was supported by continued momentum in Q2 FY2026. Revenue rose 36.89% year-on-year to RM15.40 million from RM11.25 million, while GP increased to RM7.54 million from RM5.91 million. PBT improved to RM2.40 million from RM2.05 million and PAT increased to RM1.81 million from RM1.45 million. Transportation IT solutions remained the core revenue contributor, accounting for approximately 98.93% of total revenue during the quarter.

Recurring income increased by 39.90% year-on-year to RM11.22 million in Q2 FY2026 from RM8.02 million, supported by higher ticketing transaction volumes arising from the expansion and increased number of Electric Train Service (“ETS”) trips, as well as the revamp of Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (“TBS”). Non-recurring income also grew by approximately 29.81% to RM4.18 million from RM3.22 million, mainly driven by the delivery of new Terminal Operating System (“TOS”) projects for the bus and rail segments.

On a comparison with the immediate preceding quarter, revenue increased from RM14.23 million to RM15.40 million, mainly due to higher recurring revenue from the transportation IT solutions segment. PBT and PAT also recorded further sequential improvements, in line with the higher revenue and GP recorded during the current financial quarter.

Mr. Tan Cherng Thong, Executive Director and CEO of Go Hub, said, “The strong improvement in our 1H FY2026 earnings demonstrates that the growth in our revenue base is translating into stronger profitability. Our recurring income continues to expand, supported by higher transaction volumes across the transportation ecosystem, while new project deliveries are providing an additional layer of growth.”

He added, “Looking ahead, we remain optimistic on the prospects of the transportation IT industry, supported by increasing digitalisation initiatives and demand for seamless commuting experiences. With our established track record, growing technical capabilities and active participation in both local and overseas tenders, we are confident in our ability to capture new opportunities and deliver sustainable long-term growth.”

Looking ahead, Go Hub remains focused on strengthening its position within Malaysia’s transportation IT landscape while actively exploring overseas opportunities in the bus and rail segments. With increasing adoption of cashless payment systems, rail expansion initiatives and smart mobility infrastructure projects, the Group is well positioned to capitalise on the growing digitalisation of public transportation networks regionally.
