Kuala Lumpur, 16 December 2024 – AmanahRaya Group, through Yayasan AmanahRaya, has reaffirmed its commitment to Malaysians by launching the post-flood relief mission ‘AmanahRaya Care’ under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme.

‘AmanahRaya Care’ mission was deployed simultaneously to severely affected districts in Kedah and Kelantan on 14 and 15 December 2024. Essential items such as mattresses, pillows, blankets, food packs, and other necessities worth approximately RM140,000.00 were distributed to nearly 1,000 victims across the two (2) states.

Ahmad Feizal Sulaiman Khan, Group Managing Director of Amanah Raya Berhad, stated, “AmanahRaya Group hopes this post-flood contribution will help ease the burden of the victims in these states. This proactive effort reflects the dedication of our employees to those affected by disasters and aims to instill empathy and a strong sense of humanity among our staff.”

He added that AmanahRaya Group remains attentive to the latest developments regarding the floods. This initiative was implemented to alleviate the burdens faced by the victims and to prepare for the anticipated second wave of floods that are expected to impact the country.

Three subsidiaries of AmanahRaya Group, AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad, AmanahRaya Kenedix-REIT Manager Sdn. Bhd., and AmanahRaya Investment Management Sdn. Bhd. also collaborated to ensure the success of this mission.
