Kuala Lumpur, 16 December 2024 – AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust (“AmanahRaya REIT”) together with Amanah Raya Investment Management (“ARIM”), has completed its Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) initiative to support flood relief efforts in Kelantan. The programme, conducted under the “Amanah Raya Cares”, extended critical aid to communities severely affected by the recent floods in Tumpat, showcasing ARREIT’s unwavering commitment to community welfare and sustainability.
The flood relief programme delivered 300 survival packs containing food, clothing, hygiene supplies, and other essential items to 150 households in Kelantan’s hardest-hit regions. The AmanahRaya delegation, comprising volunteers from ARREIT, ARIM, and Amanah Raya Berhad, worked closely with local authorities, including Angkatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia (“APM”), to ensure timely and efficient distribution of aid.

The programme aims to address the immediate needs and lay the foundation for long-term recovery and sustainability in the affected areas. Through direct engagement with local communities, the team, provided essential supplies, and extended logistical support to flood victims. The AmanahRaya delegation also handed over tokens of appreciation to local authorities for their dedication and hard work in managing relief operations.
The campaign highlights AmanahRaya REIT’s broader commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) objectives. Recent efforts, including energy-efficient systems at its properties and the introduction of the ARREIT Touch property management platform, align with the Trust’s mission to foster sustainable growth and community development.
