Inspace Creation Registers Prospectus for ACE Market IPO with Bursa Securities

Inspace Creation Berhad (“Inspace Creation” or the “Company”), a well-established provider of comprehensive interior fitting-out services, today announced that its prospectus in relation to its proposed initial public offering (“IPO”) on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has been registered with Bursa Securities, marking an important milestone in the Company’s listing journey. The proposed IPO comprises a public issue of 68.50 million new shares and an offer for sale of 29.30 million existing shares. Upon listing, Inspace Creation will have an enlarged issued share capital of 369.30 million shares.

Inspace Creation is expected to launch its prospectus and open its IPO for application on 13 April 2026. The application period will span eight (8) full working days, with listing targeted on 8 May 2026.

TA Securities Holdings Berhad (“TA Securities”) is the Principal Adviser, Sponsor, Underwriter and Placement Agent for the proposed IPO. The public issue shares will be allocated to the Malaysian public, eligible persons, and selected investors via private placement, while the offer for sale portion will be placed out to selected investors.

Through its subsidiaries, Inspace Creation is principally involved in the provision of interior fitting-out services, encompassing project planning and management, design conceptualisation and build, as well as servicing and maintenance works. Inspace Creation and its subsidiaries (“Inspace Creation Group” or the “Group”) primarily serve private sector clients in Malaysia and undertakes projects on a project-by-project basis. Its service model covers the full project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and post-completion support.

Inspace Creation has established a growing presence in Malaysia’s interior fitting-out industry, backed by a track record in delivering commercial office and other interior space projects. For the financial year ended 30 November 2024, the Company recorded revenue of RM57.75 million and profit after tax of RM7.05 million, compared with revenue of RM31.20 million and profit after tax of RM2.48 million in FYE 2023. As at 28 July 2025, the Company’s order book stood at RM21.22 million, providing earnings visibility from ongoing projects.

According to the independent market research report in the prospectus, Inspace Creation generated revenue of RM57.75 million from interior fitting-out services in FYE 2024, translating into an estimated market share of 1.2% when compared against the value of work done for interior fitting-out services, installation works and specialised construction activities. The report also states that the Company’s future prospects are supported by growth in commercial properties, long-term expansion of end-user industries, as well as tourism, retail, foreign investment and domestic investment growth.

Commenting on the milestone, Executive Director of Inspace Creation Berhad, Mr. Wong Chong Siong, said, “The registration of our prospectus marks a meaningful milestone in Inspace Creation’s corporate journey and reflects the progress we have made in building our position in Malaysia’s interior fitting-out industry. Over the years, we have steadily grown our capabilities across project planning, design conceptualisation and build, execution, and maintenance, allowing us to deliver integrated solutions that meet our clients’ functional, aesthetic and operational requirements. As we move closer to our listing, we look forward to strengthening our market presence, enhancing our operational capabilities and positioning the Company for its next phase of growth.” This milestone comes as the Company prepares to leverage the IPO proceeds for, among others, capital expenditure, working capital, repayment of bank borrowings and listing expenses.

A key component of Inspace Creation’s post-listing plan is the establishment of a storage and mock-up space in the Klang Valley. The planned facility is intended to improve procurement efficiency through bulk purchases of frequently used materials, reduce reliance on suppliers’ delivery schedules, and provide a space to showcase furniture, fittings and design options to clients. The Company also intends to invest in technology-related tools and systems to expand its project management and design capabilities and capacity as well as improve operational efficiency.

The registration of the prospectus marks another important step towards Inspace Creation’s proposed listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities, which is expected to enhance the Company’s corporate profile and support its long-term expansion plans.
