Strategic collaboration leverages complementary scheduled waste codes to broaden service offerings and unlock new business opportunities
Tex Cycle Technology (M) Berhad (“Tex Cycle” or the “Group”), an established waste management and recycling solutions provider, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tex Cycle (P2) Sdn. Bhd., has entered into a Collaboration Agreement with Anggun Kitar Resources Sdn. Bhd. (“Anggun Kitar”) to strengthen their scheduled waste management capabilities through a strategic partnership.
The collaboration will enable both parties to leverage each other’s scheduled waste codes under the First Schedule of the Environmental Quality (Scheduled Wastes) Regulations 2005, allowing them to collectively manage a broader spectrum of scheduled waste while expanding their respective customer reach and service capabilities. Through this collaboration, both companies will also cross-refer suitable projects, share technical expertise and maximise operational opportunities by capitalising on each other’s established market presence.
Anggun Kitar is principally involved in the trading of refined industrial oil and the transportation of industrial oil. Through its established customer network and operational capabilities, the company complements Tex Cycle’s expertise in scheduled waste recovery, recycling and environmental solutions, creating a stronger platform to serve industrial customers requiring integrated waste management services.
