Aneka Jaringan Posts 38.48% YoY Revenue Growth in 3Q FY2026

Aneka Jaringan Holdings Berhad (“Aneka Jaringan” or the “Group”; Bursa: ANEKA, 0226), a basement and foundation construction specialist, today announced revenue of RM68.41 million for the third quarter ended 31 May 2026 (“3Q FY2026”), representing an increase of 38.48% from RM49.40 million in the corresponding quarter last year (“3Q FY2025”).

The improved topline performance reflected continued progress across the Group’s ongoing construction projects, demonstrating the strength of its project execution capabilities and sustained level of operational activity. Gross profit for the quarter stood at RM3.32 million, compared with RM5.20 million in 3Q FY2025. While higher material and fuel costs affected project margins during the quarter, the Group continues to implement tighter cost controls and operational measures aimed at improving efficiency across its project portfolio.

The Group recorded a loss after tax (“LAT”) of RM1.66 million for 3Q FY2026, compared with a profit after tax (“PAT”) of RM0.95 million in the corresponding quarter last year. The quarterly result reflected the temporary impact of input-cost pressures, alongside administrative expenses and finance costs incurred to support the Group’s ongoing operations and project activities.

On a cumulative basis, revenue for the nine months ended 31 May 2026 (“9M FY2026”) rose by 15.94% to RM227.05 million from RM195.83 million in the corresponding period last year, supported by steady execution across the Group’s construction portfolio. Nevertheless, the Group remained profitable for the nine-month period, recording PAT of RM0.37 million despite the challenging cost environment. Gross profit stood at RM13.83 million, compared with RM16.09 million previously, as the Group continued to balance project delivery with ongoing efforts to manage input costs and protect margins.

Pang Tse Fui, Managing Director of Aneka Jaringan

Managing Director of Aneka Jaringan, Mr. Pang Tse Fui commented, “The Group continued to record higher revenue during the quarter and year-to-date, supported by the ongoing execution of our projects. While industry-wide cost pressures affected margins during the quarter, we are taking proactive steps to enhance cost management, improve site productivity and secure projects with more favourable commercial terms. With a healthy outstanding order book, we remain focused on converting our project pipeline into sustainable revenue and improved earnings performance.”

Aneka Jaringan has secured new contracts with a total value of RM224.34 million to date, while its outstanding order book stood at RM190.45 million. This provides the Group with continued project visibility and a solid foundation to sustain operational activity over the coming quarters.

Looking ahead, the Group will continue to strengthen operational efficiency, maintain disciplined project execution and selectively pursue new contracts that offer healthier commercial terms. Supported by its established expertise in basement and foundation construction, as well as its sustained project pipeline, Aneka Jaringan remains well-positioned to navigate current industry conditions and progressively improve its financial performance.
