The contract was awarded to Manforce’s wholly owned subsidiary, Manforce Resources (M) Sdn. Bhd., for the mobilisation and daily management of 120 foreign workers supporting Orgabio Manufacturing’s operations.

The engagement is expected to run for 36 months, subject to the approval of the relevant foreign worker recruitment quota. The final contract value will depend on the actual number of workers deployed and the services utilised during the contract period.

Under the engagement, Manforce will manage the workers throughout their employment cycle, including government and immigration applications, work permit renewals, medical examinations, accommodation, transportation and daily welfare requirements.

By managing these responsibilities under one integrated platform, Manforce enables its clients to focus on their core operations while ensuring their workforce is properly documented, supported and managed in accordance with Malaysia’s labour and immigration requirements.

Dato’ Wong Boon Ming, Managing Director of Manforce Group Berhad said, “This award is an encouraging development for Manforce, particularly as we continue expanding our recurring workforce management portfolio following our listing on the ACE Market. Managing a foreign workforce involves much more than simply supplying manpower. Businesses must deal with documentation, payroll, accommodation, transportation, worker welfare and regulatory compliance. Our role is to bring all these requirements together under one coordinated solution so that our clients can concentrate on running and growing their businesses.”

Barring unforeseen circumstances, the contract is expected to contribute positively to Manforce’s earnings, earnings per share and net assets for the financial year ending 28 February 2027.
